Effie’s Place is a quaint 9-bed home located in beautiful Leland, MI. Leland, affectionately known as “Fishtown USA”, is situated on Michigan’s Leelanau Peninsula surrounded by incredible natural beauty and charm. Effie’s Place provides a home-like atmosphere in an established residential neighborhood only a short walk to Leland’s many shops, restaurants, and the Harbor. Residents enjoy gracious common areas including a living room, dining room, sun room, covered front porch and garden courtyard.

Effie's Place is located just off of Grand Ave, just around the corner from The Riverside Inn , as you drive from Traverse City. It’s proximity to Lake Michigan and the Grand Traverse Bay provides lush views throughout summer, fall, winter and spring.
